Job OverviewWe seek a seasoned professional to fill a key position within our organization.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate current Dynamics 365 CE architecture, customizations, entity model, and configurationIdentify sources of complexity, performance bottlenecks, and fragilityRecommend strategies to simplify the architecture and reduce technical debtAnalyse integrations including Dataverse OData APIs, Outbound Event Messages, and ESBReview data flows, reconciliation challenges, and environment promotion processesPropose robust data governance and integration patternsAssess Azure DevOps pipelines and multi-environment deployment practicesRecommend automation improvements for deployment reliabilityReview managed service framework and suggest future support modelsProduce findings and recommendations reportDefine short-term stabilisation and medium-term optimisation roadmapPrepare proposal for next-phase implementationRequirementsSenior-level expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales Enterprise module)Strong experience with integration technologies: Dataverse APIs, ESB messaging, web servicesDeep knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategiesProven experience in CRM architecture rationalisation and modernisationExperience assessing managed service models and support optimisationAdvanced problem-solving and stakeholder communication skillsAbility to translate technical findings into business recommendationsStrong understanding of data modelling, reconciliation, and automationComfortable working in fast-paced discovery phasesProactive and independent, with strong alignment capabilities
