Linux Systems EngineerWe are seeking a highly skilled Linux Systems Engineer to join our team.This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to work on real-time data systems and make a significant impact in the financial industry.Key Responsibilities:Resolving Data Quality Issues: Analyze root causes, manage internal and external vendors to resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.Support On-Call and Incident Management: Manage alert escalations, troubleshoot complex problems, and ensure business continuity.Ensure Data Accuracy and Timeliness: Implement monitoring tools to detect data issues, work closely with teams to share knowledge and experience, and enrich the team's capability.L2 Alert Management: Manage alerts requiring technical expertise, create and update resolutions in knowledge bases, and maintain documentation.Incident Management: Identify and resolve incidents from start to finish, ensuring minimal business impact.Change Management: Manage production changes, including software upgrades, content updates, and vendor checkouts.Other Responsibilities: Release Management, Event Management, User Support, and Reporting.Requirements:Minimum 7 years of experience in infrastructure, systems, or production support roles.Highly skilled in Linux System Administration.Experience in Windows operating systems.Scripting proficiency (Bash and/or Python preferred).Networking and connectivity skills, including multicast, routing, switches, and TCP/IP.Good communication and oral and written English skills are essential.Understanding of ITIL Foundation and IT Best Practices.Prior experience in banking, investment, or other financial IT environments is beneficial.Benefits:A dynamic and future-oriented environment within a top global institution.Flexible working arrangements – fully remote or hybrid options.Continuous learning and certification opportunities.Competitive salary and benefits package.Long-term career prospects with international exposure.Inclusive, multicultural team with regular knowledge-sharing and team events.
