Ensure the methodology for each project (Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile); Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members and regional/global towers.Pre-project planning:Collaborate with business teams and regional/global towers to define the scope, objectives, and requirements of the project; Work with stakeholders to obtain the necessary approvals and ensure alignment with business goals; Ensure communication between technical project/technology teams and business leaders in biweekly sessions.Risk mitigation:Identify, anticipate, and manage project risks by implementing mitigation strategies.Documentation and compliance:Create and maintain project documentation, ensuring compliance with regional, global, and business unit methodological standards; Support audits to assess compliance with internal policies and external regulations.Regional and global integration:Collaborate with regional and global Digital Services teams to integrate their knowledge and resources into project planning;
