Job OpportunityWe are seeking an expert to fill a role within our Performance Marketing group.This position will leverage your technical skills and data expertise to drive business impact.The AdOps team is focused on enabling and maintaining Uber's performance marketing data.Support AdOps specialists in the paid marketing tech space.Analyze marketing event data to propose platform enhancements and improve data management.Design and implement data-sharing pipelines and integrations using SQL, Python, Apache Spark, and Hive.Identify and optimize data sources while auditing data quality to enhance campaign performance.Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to address dataset gaps and propose solutions.Validate technical implementations and ensure cross-functional alignment.Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to guide requirements and data-sharing solutions.Work with vendor partners to ensure alignment with business goals.Troubleshoot issues by applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Requirements include:3+ years of experience in performance marketing tech, data analytics, or related roles.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or similar discipline.Strong quantitative skills and proficiency with SQL, Excel, Python, Hive, Spark, etc.Familiarity with ticketing systems such as JIRA or Asana.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
