Talent Acquisition LeadThis is a key position in our organization that focuses on building and leading a team of skilled professionals to help us achieve our goals.We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced recruiter who can develop and execute effective hiring strategies, build strong relationships with potential candidates, and drive the recruitment process forward.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement full-cycle recruiting strategies to identify and attract top talentBuild and maintain relationships with hiring managers, operational teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordinationConduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fitSource and recommend qualified candidates for open positionsCoordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including credentialing and GCP/ICH verificationRequirements:Minimum 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in healthcare or clinical researchStrong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment best practices, and industry trendsAble to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and deadlinesAbility to assess candidate quality, provide constructive feedback, and make recommendations for improvementWhat We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and developmentOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesA competitive compensation package and benefits programThe chance to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for excellence
