Responsabilidades: - Definir a estratégia tecnológica da agência em alinhamento com os objetivos de negócio;
- Liderar o time de tecnologia e performance, promovendo boas práticas, inovação e escalabilidade;
- Desenvolver e evoluir plataformas internas e externas (dashboards, APIs, automações, microsserviços, landing pages, etc.);
- Apoiar áreas de mídia, conteúdo e BI na entrega de soluções técnicas, integrações e relatórios;
- Garantir segurança, eficiência e desempenho das soluções implementadas;
- Avaliar, selecionar e implementar novas tecnologias, ferramentas e parceiros;
- Colaborar com o time de dados para transformar insights em produtos e processos automatizados;
- Atuar como ponte entre a equipe técnica e a liderança executiva, traduzindo necessidades de ambos os lados.
Requisitos Experiência comprovada como CTO, Tech Lead ou posição técnica sênior em agências; Forte conhecimento em arquitetura de software, cloud (AWS, GCP ou similar), APIs e bancos de dados; Experiência com automação de processos, pipelines de dados, integrações com plataformas de marketing (Meta, Google, CRMs, etc.); Background sólido em desenvolvimento (Node.js, Python ou outro stack moderno); Domínio do Pacote Office (especialmente Excel/PowerPoint para apresentações executivas e análises); Inglês intermediário a avançado (para leitura técnica e comunicação com ferramentas e parceiros internacionais); Habilidade de liderar técnicamente e construir time do zero (ou pequeno); Perfil híbrido: estratégico e operacional, com excelente capacidade de execução; Vivência em ambiente ágil, dinâmico e voltado para performance; Boa comunicação, visão de produto e capacidade de traduzir complexidade técnica para times não técnicos.
Desejável Conhecimento em marketing digital, mídia programática, tracking, BI e analytics; Familiaridade com ferramentas como Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Power BI, HubSpot, Zapier, etc; Cases ou projetos de automações que melhoraram produtividade ou entregas para marketing.
