Company DescriptionJOSHUAS AMAZON EXPEDITIONS, founded by Valberto Joshua Lacruz, offers personalized and unforgettable adventures in the Amazon rainforest.With over 15 years of experience and strong connections with local indigenous communities, Joshua and his team provide immersive experiences tailored to each traveler's interests.From expert planning to authentic activities, the dedicated team ensures one-on-one service to make every journey exceptional.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Manaus, AM.The Salesperson will be responsible for connecting with potential clients to promote and sell expedition packages, providing exceptional customer service, scheduling and organizing tours, and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and local partners.Daily tasks include managing inquiries, following up on leads, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the booking process.QualificationsExperience in sales, customer service, and client relationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of the Amazon region and its culture is preferredAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectivelyProficiency in Portuguese and EnglishFlexibility to adapt to clients' needs and tailor services accordinglyExperience in travel and tourism industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field
