Residential Designer Leader

At Innova Design Studios, we specialize in designing thoughtfully crafted residential spaces — from single-family homes to multi-unit developments.We bring expertise in planning, aesthetics, and compliance to every project.We're building a founding team that values creativity, technical excellence, and collaboration.You'll be part of a small, close-knit team where every contribution matters.This isn't a typical architecture role.As an Architect at Innova, you will:Create and refine construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documentsDevelop residential building designs that balance function, aesthetics, and complianceWork directly with clients and builders feedback to bring projects from concept to realityInterpret and apply Canadian building codes, local zoning, and design requirementsCollaborate with the team to solve design challenges creatively and efficientlyYou'll have opportunities for leadership as we grow.Growth paths may include Lead Architect or Head of Architecture.We offer competitive rates, remote work, and creative freedom in shaping residential spaces.In this role, you'll ramp up on local codes and standards within 3 months, deliver high-quality plans and drawings, and independently lead parts of design projects within 6 months.Within 12 months, you'll own a portfolio of completed projects and take leadership on new design initiatives.
