This role requires a hands-on engineer who thrives in collaborative environments, contributes to technical decisions, and mentors teammates while ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications (PHP backend + modern frontend).
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver high-quality features.
Translate Figma/mockups into production-ready code with strong UX/UI fidelity.
Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
Modernize and refactor legacy codebases while ensuring business continuity.
Support CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment automation.
Requirements 5+ years of PHP development (frameworks, design patterns, performance optimization, security best practices).
5+ years of frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript ES6+, responsive design, async programming, build/optimization tools).
Strong collaboration and communication skills; proven experience in team code reviews.
Hands-on experience with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
Experience with legacy system maintenance and modernization.
Nice to Have WordPress/CMS development (custom themes, plugins).
Experience with large-scale static websites.
Background in TDD, unit/integration testing.
Solid grasp of OOP, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.
Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and Figma handoffs.
