Your tasksBuild, manage and lead the regional Tires Customs team responsible for the entire SOAM region- Functional Lead of South America Customs Specialists (Customs Procedures)- Lead best practice exchanges/workshops/calls with German and regional customs coordinators; proactively contribute to regular knowledge sharing calls- Training & Steering of South America/Americas Customs Community (audits, performance, reports, compliance, gap analysis, best practices, improvements)- Perform monitoring of customs and foreign trade legal changes and implement countermeasures to ensure compliance and business value for Continental- Monitor conditions of customs authorizations granted to Continental entities in the South America Region- support Customs CMS/ICS reporting cycles for all relevant entities in the region, define and execute follow-ups, ensure timely closing of weaknesses- Identify and communicate customs related risks and opportunities to the Head of Customs Americas and other senior stakeholders around the globe- Proactively search for improvements opportunities, bring ideas and prepare business cases and strategic presentations for management- Analysis of Customs and Foreign Trade acts and its impact/chances for Continental & prepare presentation and roadmap for implementation- Lead and track strategic and optimizations projects, proper document all achievements and prepare regular progress reporting; clarify with internal/external stakeholders, prepare presentations and conduct trainings- Lead customs projects and innovation to ensure compliance,savings and customer satisfaction within of regional plants- Establishing regular to-do's for the exchange of best practices in the region- participating at lobbying activities within association working groups and be an multiplicator for the initiatives towards the South America community- Facilitate external customs audits- Ensure availibitity of suitable Point of Contact/ Audit coordinator for auditor- Act as audit coordinator, where required (coordinate comprehensive, timely and accurate communication between auditor and Continental entitiy)**Profile**:University degree within business/finance/informatics or an interdisciplinary education, such as international business law or business informatics or business degree**Offer**:About usContinental, a German multinational that offers safe, efficient, intelligent and affordable solutions for vehicles, machines, traffic and transport.In ****, it generated sales of €37.7 billion and currently employs around 235,000 people in 58 countries and markets.In ****, the company celebrates its 150th anniversary.**Keyfacts**:Job ID**REF*****A**Field of work**Finance and Controlling**Location**Jundiaí**Leadership level**Leading Self**Job flexibility**Hybrid Job**- Legal Entity**Continental do Brasil Produtos Automotivos Ltda.
