Resumo da vagaResumo da vaga Estamos em busca de uma pessoa desenvolvedora back-end com forte experiência em Ruby on Rails para atuar em produtos financeiros digitais, com foco em confiabilidade, escalabilidade e performance de sistemas.Principais ResponsabilidadesDesenvolver e manter aplicações back-end utilizando Ruby on Rails;Participar ativamente do ciclo de vida dos sistemas, incluindo design, desenvolvimento, testes, deploy e monitoramento;Implementar soluções de infraestrutura como código para provisionamento e manutenção de ambientes;Garantir a confiabilidade e observabilidade dos serviços em produção, utilizando boas práticas de SRE;Monitorar e otimizar a performance de aplicações e bancos de dados;Atuar com práticas modernas de CI/CD, utilizando ferramentas como GitHub Actions ou Azure DevOps;Trabalhar em conjunto com outras áreas para garantir escalabilidade e resiliência dos serviços em ambiente cloud (AWS/GCP).Principais Competências e Habilidades | InegociáveisExperiência sólida com Ruby on Rails (+5 anos);Familiaridade com gems populares como Sidekiq e RSpec;Experiência com desenvolvimento e manutenção de pipelines de CI/CD;Vivência com infraestrutura como código (Terraform, Ansible);Conhecimento em práticas de observabilidade, utilizando ferramentas como Datadog, Grafana ou Prometheus;Experiência com bancos de dados relacionais (PostgreSQL), incluindo tuning, indexação e análise de slow queries;Conhecimento em mensageria e caching, com uso de Redis, RabbitMQ e Memcached;Prática com containers (Docker) e orquestração com Kubernetes;Vivência em ambientes de cloud computing (AWS ou GCP), com uso de serviços como EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, Lambda, CloudWatch e IAM.Principais Competências e Habilidades | DesejáveisExperiência com microserviços;Conhecimento de metodologias ágeis (Scrum ou Kanban);Experiência em arquitetura de sistemas complexos e distribuídos;Conhecimento em práticas de segurança e governança na nuvem;Noções de arquitetura escalável e boas práticas como Clean Code#J-*****-Ljbffr
