We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Expert to join our team.The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in producing commercial-grade software that is highly maintainable and supportable.The candidate should be adept at working in a dynamic environment with a small team, have proven on-time delivery experience and strong problem-solving abilities, quickly learn new technologies and concepts, and be trustworthy, team-oriented, and transparent.About the RoleMaintain and enhance an existing web application to ensure continued stability and performanceDesign and develop modern application components, including both front-end features and back-end servicesTake technical ownership of features, contributing to functional and technical specifications to align with business goalsIndependently deliver high-quality product features and updates, while proactively seeking guidance when needed to maintain momentumWrite and execute unit tests to ensure code quality and reliabilityInvestigate and resolve defects identified during QA and user acceptance testing cyclesResponsibilities include problem solving, critical thinking, system analysis and design, effort estimation, sprint and release planning, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and hands-on experience with cloud-based platforms and deploying containerized applications.Preferred qualifications include university degree or equivalent education, familiarity with networking concepts, experience working with event-driven architectures and object storage solutions.We offer flexible work arrangements, opportunities for professional growth and development, a collaborative culture, comprehensive benefits package, recognition and rewards.
