Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance in ratings.
Support training, QA, and feedback sessions.
What we are looking for FLUENT WRITTEN AND SPOKEN English (you will be tested).
Minimum 1 year experience in content, research, writing, moderation, journalism, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
Comfortable using Google Suite (especially Sheets).
