As a Market Operations Associate, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of living.You will oversee daily planning and coordination for swift unit preparation, manage the move-in process to guarantee a seamless guest experience, and collaborate with internal and external teams to promptly resolve urgent maintenance issues.Key responsibilities include coordinating Move-In activities for a seamless guest experience, ensuring all client move-in paperwork is received prior to check-in, communicating with clients effectively, collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve maintenance issues, optimizing resource allocation, reviewing reports sent from vendors post-move out, calculating charges post-stay, and ensuring timely handling of all issues in line with internal Service Level Agreements.Additional requirements include proficiency in computer skills, strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, excellent attention to detail and communication skills, experience in hospitality and start-ups, and prior experience in customer-facing roles.At our organization, Diversity and Inclusion are core values, and we are committed to Equal Employment Opportunity.
