Additional Locations: N/A Diversity - Innovation - Caring - Global Collaboration - Winning Spirit - High Performance At Boston Scientific, we'll give you the opportunity to harness all that's within you by working in teams of diverse and high-performing employees, tackling some of the most important health industry challenges.With access to the latest tools, information and training, we'll help you in advancing your skills and career.Here, you'll be supported in progressing – whatever your ambitions.The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing driving key marketing business objectives for IC products in Brazil.This includes involvement in setting strategic direction for the worldwide business, meeting revenue profitability targets globally, building a high performance marketing team and working cross-functionally to integrate marketing strategies with R D, operations, clinical, reimbursement and sales.Key Responsibilities Develops annual and long-term objectives for direct reports with Director interaction.Measures performance of direct reports against success criteria and provides feedback.Attracts/hires and develops top marketing talent.Manages execution of specific channel plans in ways consistent with product messaging strategies.Leverages marketing science research and analysis to make strategic choices.Develops/executes1-2 year integrated franchise marketing plans and budgets, with oversight, annually.Resolves issues within the core team and franchise.Identifies new business / acquisition opportunities for franchise.Directs/supports product managers in core team activities/responsibilities and oversees completion of PDM requirements.Works alongside global marketing counterparts to plan and execute strategies.Applies team/franchise/industry knowledge to solve project issues.Works within current systems to achieve business objectives (e.g., product development, launch strategies, etc).Works with managers in key functional areas, including R D, sales, reimbursement, new product forecasting C P, clinical, and regulatory to drive business objectives.Raises and facilitates resolution to difficult personal and process conflicts or issues within the team.Builds cross-franchise team competence.Demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality.Understands and complies with all regulations governing the quality systems.Requirement Previous experience in Marketing Solid knowledge in P L management/analysis Fluent English Driver's license Requisition ID: ****** As a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most – united by a deep caring for human life.Our mission to advance science for life is about transforming lives through innovative medical solutions that improve patient lives, create value for our customers, and support our employees and the communities in which we operate.Now more than ever, we have a responsibility to apply those values to everything we do – as a global business and as a global corporate citizen.So, choosing a career with Boston Scientific (NYSE: BSX) isn't just business, it's personal.And if you're a natural problem-solver with the imagination, determination, and spirit to make a meaningful difference to people worldwide, we encourage you to apply and look forward to connecting with you
