Brand & Marketing Designer (Part-Time / Fractional)We're building a differentiated brand in a brutally competitive AI/SaaS market.This is not a "make it pretty" gig.We want a designer with exceptional taste, strong opinions, and the instincts to ship visuals that move metrics.What You'll DoOwn day-to-day marketing design: ad creatives, product marketing animations, landing pages, websites, email visuals, partner assets.Evolve and guard our brand system (typography, color, illustration, motion, component libraries) across web and product-adjacent surfaces.Turn complex AI features into clear, conversion-ready visuals (diagrams, product mockups, short motion snippets).Rapidly prototype A/B test variants; ship multiple creative angles per week.Build reusable templates for speed (social sets, launch kits, webinar packs, sales one-pagers).Collaborate on campaign concepts end-to-end: insight ? moodboard ? concept ? production ? iteration.Maintain a tidy Figma workspace (components, tokens, documentation) so others can self-serve.What Success Looks LikeEnhancing our designs to build thought-leadership as a bold brand within AI SaaS.Asset turnaround under 48 h for priority requests; weekly creative batch drops.A cohesive brand system used across marketing and sales with near-zero rework.Who You Are6+ years hands-on design experience in SaaS / AI (agency or in-house).You know the category patterns and how to break them.Exceptional taste.Refined typography, layout discipline, restraint where it matters, edge where it counts.Deep interest in current design trends in tech/SaaS/AI; references at your fingertips.Not afraid to be bold.You can defend strong creative while staying coachable.Fast-paced, passionate, easy to work with.Low-ego collaborator who communicates crisply.Tools: Figma & WordPress / Elementor power user; Adobe Illustrator as needed.Bonus if you can add light motion (After Effects, or Figma video exports).Bonus PointsHave 2–4+ years in marketing/advertising environments (performance creative, concepting, storytelling).Can produce quick micro-motion (feature reveals, UI walkthroughs, ad loops).Understand performance marketing basics (hook hierarchy, thumb-stop, offer framing, mobile-first).Have experience building componentized design systems for marketing.The OpportunityStart part-time freelance; earn your way into a full-time seat in 12 months through results.Ship work that's seen by millions, not buried in decks.Direct access to founders; zero bureaucracy; ownership from day one.What to IncludePortfolio with 6–10 pieces relevant to SaaS/AI marketing (ads, LPs, campaign sets, brand work).For 3 highlights, add 2–3 lines on goal – your role – outcome (metrics if possible).Short note on brands you admire in AI/SaaS and why (2–3 bullets).Optional: a *****s Loom walking through one project.How to ApplyEmail: ******Important: Share your LinkedIn and portfolio.The more your application stands out, the faster we\'ll respond.We move fast.To learn more about our culture and how we work as a team, check out our Culture & Careers Page.We really can\'t wait to hear from youSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typePart-timeJob functionDesign, Art/Creative, Information TechnologyIndustriesSoftware Development#J-*****-Ljbffr
