Galgo is a Series B fintech and marketplace that enables motorcycle ownership across Mexico, Colombia, and Chile through embedded finance tailored to the underbanked and a unique dealer network.We combine inventory distribution with credit solutions to unlock mobility and income opportunities for our customers.Today, Mexico and Colombia represent 90% of our revenue and are already profitable.Over the next 24 months, we aim to triple our size, launch new solutions for both customers and sellers, expand into Brazil and achieve USD 10 million + in annual profits.Our capital requirements are 100% covered for the next 36 months and a new capital increase might not be necessary as the company can finance itself with its own cash flow by ****That's why we are looking for our next Underwriting Manager to join a high-performance team.The main responsibilities will include:Driving conversion in line with Galgo's credit risk appetite and IRR, through the design and evolution of credit products, underwriting policies and processes, pricing, and product mix for Galgo's funnel.This will be achieved through the following responsibilities (to be listed):We are looking for someone who brings the following:Experience in revenue management and trade-off decision makingStrong results orientation with a business-driven mindset, independence, and growth ambitionBackground in credit risk management, underwriting, or analytics within financial institutions or fintechsSolid knowledge of applied statistics, modeling, and data analysisProven ability to lead teams and cross-functional projects, integrating both technical and strategic perspectivesWhat We OfferOpportunity to disrupt mobility access for the underbankedA high-growth environment with a strong results-driven and curiosity-based cultureFull ownership of P&L and freedom to build
