Company Description Block 4 is an American Company and leading provider of products and services across the oilfield industry. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Macaé, RJ. The Salesperson will be responsible for outside sales efforts, developing sales strategies, and overseeing execution to drive business growth. Daily tasks include maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, setting up meetings in-person and virtually and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business objectives are met. Mandatory Qualifications Experience in sales in the oil and gas industry for 3-5 years minimum, developing sales strategies, and team leadership Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Portuguese. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships Proficient in using CRM software and sales tracking tools Excellent organizational and time management skills Working Knowledge of the oilfield industry is a must. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Fluent in Portuguese; proficiency in English is desirable (Spanish is a plus) Must have a current and established client list in the oil and gas industry that you can bring to Block 4. Ideal Candidate will have; Worked within an American or European company for at least 2 years. Will be self-driven and sales-oriented. Goal oriented. Knowledge of oilfield pumps, lubricants, and power tools used within the oil and gas market. Expert Level knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Outlook. Fearless personality with a mindset to drive sales and break records.
