A Equifax está em busca de um(a) **Software Engineer Manager**talentoso(a) e apaixonado(a) por tecnologia para se juntar à nossa equipe.
Você terá a oportunidade de trabalhar em projetos desafiadores e inovadores, utilizando tecnologias de ponta e contribuindo para o desenvolvimento de soluções de software de alta qualidade.
**Funções que serão desempenhadas**:
- Gestão de equipe, incluindo avaliação de desempenho, revisão salarial e desenvolvimento profissional;
- Liderança técnica em projetos de desenvolvimento de software, desde a concepção até a implementação;
- Solução de problemas técnicos, operacionais e organizacionais;
- Desenvolvimento e implementação de planos para atingir os objetivos operacionais da equipe;
- Buscar aperfeiçoamento contínuo e manter-se atualizado(a) sobre as novas tecnologias e tendências do mercado;
- Contribuir para a cultura de inovação da equipe, compartilhando conhecimentos e participando de discussões técnicas.
**Requisitos necessários**:
- Formação superior completa em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação ou áreas afins;
- Inglês avançado (mandatório);
- Experiência em gestão de equipes de engenharia de software.
- Capacidade de solucionar problemas e tomar decisões estratégicas.
- Fortes habilidades técnicas em desenvolvimento de software.
- Sólidos conhecimentos em design e arquitetura de software.
- Experiência com bancos de dados relacionais e/ou NoSQL.
- Familiaridade com metodologias ágeis de desenvolvimento (Scrum ou Kanban).
- Habilidades de comunicação, colaboração e trabalho em equipe.
- Experiência com plataformas de computação em nuvem (AWS, Azure ou GCP);
- Experiência com desenvolvimento de aplicações web (principalmente em Java);
- Familiaridade com ferramentas de CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI);
- Conhecimento de práticas de segurança de software (OWASP).
