Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team.This individual will be responsible for extracting insights from large volumes of complex data, helping our business colleagues make informed decisions.Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, identifying and querying relevant data sources.Cleanse and manipulate data into a usable format, creating Tableau datasets, reports, and dashboards to meet requirements.Present and gather feedback from stakeholders on the finished product.Required Skills & QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:A minimum of 3 years of experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports, analyzing and visualizing data.An understanding of Tableau administration, licensing, security, and deployment, with at least 1 year of previous work experience using Tableau.A solid grasp of relational data modeling concepts.Strong analytical skills, with a hands-on approach and ability to deliver commitments.Superior organizational skills, with a disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentation.Experience with ETL of data from various sources using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies (a plus).Knowledge of SQL Server database architecture and/or experience with creating tabular data models in SQL Server (a plus).Advanced English language proficiency.BenefitsYou'll enjoy:Flexibility to choose your workspace and schedule for enhanced creativity and innovation.Tailored compensation package to suit your financial goals.Access to cutting-edge tools for seamless collaboration and productivity.Autonomous workflow for achieving work-life balance.Generous leave policies for rest and rejuvenation.Diverse and inclusive environment.Collaboration opportunities with industry leaders.Mentorship and growth opportunities for continuous advancement.
