You will work with engineering, operations, and security teams, as well as external partners, to translate strategic security objectives into a robust, scalable, and actionable technical architecture.How your day-to-day work will look likePropose and drive best practices to optimize cloud presence, performance, and securityImplement infrastructure and cloud solutions including computing, networking, routing, and securityCreate automation and use monitoring tools to build, deploy and support cloud implementationsCarry out debugging, troubleshooting, modifications, unit testing and support for cloud-based solutionsProduce solution design documents and obtain stakeholder agreementOwn responsibility for evaluating technical risks and map out mitigation strategiesPrefer to work on agile software development projects with globally distributed teamsThis would make you the ideal candidateBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field8+ years of relevant industry experience3+ years in DevSecOps rolesStrong track record in automating and optimizing development and release pipelinesProficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOpsHands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and Linux system administrationExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and HelmGood understanding of microservices architectureExperience with infrastructure monitoring tools like Elastic Stack, Zabbix, or NagiosProficiency with version control systems such as Git or SVNStrong time management and ability to prioritize in changing environmentsKnowledge of Shift Left security practices and ability to mentor teamsExperience with agentless cloud-native security platforms like Wiz is a significant advantageAdvanced English level for working with US clientsWhat to expect from our hiring processLet's chat about your experienceImpress our recruiters, and you'll move on to a technical interview with our top developersNail the interview, then meet our client to join our teamBy applying to this position, you authorize Nearsure to collect, store, transfer, and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
