Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Software Developer to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level technology initiatives.This position plays a crucial role in shaping scalable, fault-tolerant software solutions and requires a systems-minded developer who thrives in collaborative environments.The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with both technical teams and executive leadership to bring complex projects from concept to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop scalable, decoupled, and fault-tolerant software solutionsAnalyze inter-system workflows and identify opportunities for improvementSynthesize complex data into actionable insights and recommendationsManage multiple projects and priorities effectivelyCollaborate across departments to deliver reliable software solutionsEnsure compliance with internal policies and proceduresMaintain consistent attendance and punctualityPerform other duties as assignedEducation & ExperienceBachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related field (or in final stages of completion)Master\'s degree in a related discipline is a plusMinimum of 4 years of relevant experience in software developmentTechnical SkillsProficient in .NET and C#Strong experience with SQLDeep understanding of object-oriented programmingExperience with distributed systems and full-stack developmentComfortable working in Agile development environmentsArchitectural thinking and systems-level understandingAdditional CompetenciesAdaptability to new technologies and programming languagesTimely and precise project executionStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesTeam-oriented mindset with a collaborative spiritFluency in English is requiredOther RequirementsWillingness to contribute wherever needed to support broader company objectivesAbility to work effectively with diverse teamsBenefitsWork for the most exciting companies in the North American MarketFlexible schedulesWork from anywhereHighly competitive compensation#J-*****-Ljbffr
