This role oversees incident, problem, change, and enhancement management, ensuring compliance with SLAs, high-quality service delivery, and alignment with business objectives. The SAP AMS Project Manager also drives continuous improvement, governance, and customer satisfaction in a global delivery model.Key ResponsibilitiesService & Project DeliveryManage day-to-day SAP AMS operations, including incident, problem, change, and service request management.Oversee delivery of SAP enhancements, small projects, and rollouts within agreed timelines and budgets.Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and service quality targets are consistently achieved.Coordinate with SAP Basis, Functional, and Technical teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions.Drive root cause analysis and preventive measures to reduce recurring incidents.Stakeholder & Client ManagementAct as the primary contact for clients regarding SAP AMS delivery.Facilitate regular status, governance, and steering committee meetings.Build and maintain strong business stakeholder relationships across Finance, Supply Chain, and other SAP domains.Translate business priorities into SAP AMS delivery plans.Team & Vendor CoordinationManage onshore/offshore AMS delivery teams across SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.).Allocate resources and track performance of functional and technical consultants.Collaborate with third-party vendors for specialized SAP services (e.g., Cloud, S/4 HANA, integrations).Governance, Reporting & FinancialsPrepare and deliver monthly/quarterly service performance reports.Track AMS budgets, contract compliance, and cost optimization initiatives.Identify and escalate risks/issues with mitigation strategies.Continuous Improvement & InnovationRecommend SAP process improvements and automation opportunities.Support migration, upgrades, or transition projects (e.g., ECC to S/4 HANA).Drive adoption of ITIL best practices, Agile, or Dev Ops in SAP AMS delivery.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.7+ years of experience in SAP project/AMS management.Strong knowledge of SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.) and integration points.Experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release Management).Proven track record in managing global/onshore-offshore delivery models.Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.PMP, ITIL, or SAP certifications (SAP Solution Manager, Activate, S/4 HANA) preferred.Key CompetenciesDeep understanding of SAP AMS operating model.Strong leadership and team coordination skills.Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.Customer-first mindset with service excellence orientation.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.What can you expect from us?• Professional development and constant evolution of your skills, always in line with your interests.Opportunities to work outside BrazilA collaborative, diverse and innovative environment that encourages teamwork.What do we offer?TCS Benefits – Brazil: Health insuranceDental PlanLife insuranceTransportation vouchersMeal/Food VoucherChildcare assistanceGympassTCS Cares – free **** that provides psychological assistance (24 hrs/day), legal, social and financial assistance to associatesPartnership with SESCReimbursement of CertificationsFree TCS Learning Portal – Online courses and live trainingInternational experience opportunityDiscount Partnership with Universities and Language SchoolsBring Your Buddy – By referring people you become eligible to receive a bonus for each hireTCS Gems – Recognition for performanceXcelerate – Free Mentoring Career PlatformAt TATA Consultancy Services we promote an inclusive culture, we always work for equity.
