Job Title: Workday Certified Project Manager / Business Analyst Location: Brazil (Domestic or Nearshore)Experience: 5+ yearsRequirement: Must be Workday CertifiedAvailability: ImmediateRole Overview:We are seeking an experienced Workday Certified Project Manager / Business Analyst to support production support and enhancement initiatives .The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination, business analysis, and Workday configuration expertise.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate release work , Agile ceremonies , and prioritization stand-ups .Prepare project presentations , resource plans , and schedules .Perform business analysis : gather, document, and validate business requirements and functional designs.Conduct data analysis and translate findings into actionable insights.Act as a Workday Configuration Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support production and enhancement needs.Required Skills & Qualifications:Workday Certification is mandatory .Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Workday environments.Proven track record in project management and business analysis within HR or ERP systems.Strong understanding of Workday configuration, modules, and functional workflows .Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments preferred.
