About TopDoer TopDoer is a Workforce Management (WFM) platform helping companies instantly meet their workforce needs by connecting them with reliable freelancers and blue-collar workers on demand .We support businesses in scaling operations fast, efficiently, and with full flexibility.Role DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Operations & Project Manager to lead our local activities in Brazil.This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a hands-on approach to operational management.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and support the performance of the local operational team .Manage and oversee daily work of local service providers (ISPs) .Communicate with clients: resolve incidents, clarify needs, collect feedback to improve processes and product quality.Contribute to planning and monitor achievement of financial KPIs .RequirementsLegal residence in Brazil ( Brazilian passport or valid residence permit ).Fluency in Portuguese and English or Russian (mandatory)Proven experience in project management and team leadership .ScheduleFull-time — flexibility required ( 24/7 operations environment
