Your role focuses on crafting scalable architectures, guiding technical strategies, and leading our development teams to build innovative, robust web applications that align with our long-term vision.What you will do:- Design and develop the overall architecture of web applications using React, aligning with business requirements and scalability needs.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams, making key decisions on code design, tools, and technologies.
- Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices for high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Work closely with project managers, product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in React and related technologies, evaluating new tools and technologies for application development.
- Oversee and optimize the performance of React applications for efficiency, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Mentor and train developers in React best practices, design principles, and advanced technologies.
- Collaborate with QA teams to define testing strategies, ensuring applications meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders, utilizing advanced English communication skills.Here's what we are looking for:- 8+ years of experience with React.
- Strong background in software architecture design.
- Strong understanding of system security.
- In-depth knowledge of memory management and performance optimization.
- Experience in designing and integrating distributed and scalable solutions, particularly in cloud environments.
- Skilled in relational and non-relational databases.
- Ability to choose between different architectures/technologies, understanding the pros and cons of each.
- Expert in managing CI/CD pipelines.
