Job Title:Cash Operations AssociateAbout the Job:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support our teams in maintaining efficient and compliant processes.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and be comfortable working independently in a collaborative environment.The primary responsibilities of this role include:Team Support: Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and maintain sales records.CRM & Data Management: Ensure client records in HubSpot and other systems are always updated and accurate.Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations for smooth communication and workflow.Audits & Compliance: Perform daily audits to maintain process adherence and data integrity.Client Interaction: Respond professionally to inquiries and escalate when necessary.Reporting & KPIs: Track key metrics, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights.Presentation & Proposal Support: Assist in creating sales materials for client meetings.Administrative Assistance: Provide ad-hoc support for operational efficiency.Required Skills & Qualifications:Fluent English (written & spoken) with strong communication skills.Extreme attention to detail – accuracy in SOPs, reporting, and documentation.Strong organizational skills – able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Adaptability & flexibility – comfortable in a growing, evolving company.Experience in sales administration or operations support (preferred).Able to work independently while collaborating in a team environment.A problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.Benefits:36 PTOs per year100% Remote WorkProfessional Development & Growth Opportunities
