About the company: Dezetoro offers creative and innovative solutions for companies looking to establish a strong online presence.With over a decade of experience in the market, we specialize in developing institutional websites, online stores, and visual identities.Since ****, we've been helping companies of all sizes and across a variety of industries build their digital presence.We serve clients throughout Brazil and also have offices in São Paulo, Curitiba, and Belo Horizonte.We're constantly growing and seeking talented professionals to join our team.About the vacancy: We're looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist to help our team create and implement social media strategies for our clients.The ideal candidate should be creative, have digital marketing knowledge, and have data analysis skills.The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing social media campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring that client objectives are met.Responsibilities:Create and implement social media strategies for our clients, including content planning, publishing, account management, and ad campaigns.Manage clients' social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedInMonitor and analyze performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversions, and make campaign adjustments to improve results.Collaborate with the content team to create quality, relevant content for social media campaignsWork with the design team to develop compelling images, graphics, and videos for campaignsStay up to date on social media trends and best practicesRequirements:Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar fieldAdvanced knowledge of digital marketing and social mediaAbility to manage time and work under tight deadlinesExcellent oral and written communication skillsKnowledge of social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social or similarExperience managing social media advertising campaigns, such as Facebook Ads and Instagram AdsAbility to work as a team and collaborate with different areas of the companyDifferentials:Experience in social media crisis managementCertifications in digital marketing or social mediaKnowledge of SEO and content strategiesSkills in reporting and data analysis100% remoteHealth and dental planMeal or food vouchersParticipation in events and refresher coursesApplySearch SearchShareWhatsAppLinkedInFacebookXTelegramE-mailBROWSESERVICESINFORMATIONSubscribe to our newsletterStay up to date.Receive our content directly in your inbox.CURITIBABELO HORIZONTELISBON#J-*****-Ljbffr
