- Working with Product Management to define roadmaps and key metrics.
- Collaborating with teams to define appropriate architecture for products.
- Managing projects and driving Agile meetings to ensure delivery excellence.
- Being involved with development and testing of features.
Requirements: - Software Development: Solid foundation in software development (Java or. NET).
- Team Leadership: Proven experience leading and guiding technical teams.
- Coaching Abilities: Strong coaching and collaboration skills.
- Business Mindset: Business-oriented approach with ability to provide visibility into metrics and goals.
- Initiative: Proactive approach with demonstrated initiative.
- Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English.
