Role Overview:We are looking for a Mid-Level Service Now Developer with solid ITSM and platform administration experience to support and enhance our Service Now environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ITSM processes, CMDB, Discovery, Integrations, and related modules. Must be able to work in fast-paced environment, often requiring collaboration with various teams and stakeholders. Must be able to deliver with minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain ITSM workflows and modules.Perform platform administration tasks including user management, roles, and permissions.Assist in integrations and customizations as needed.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver solutions.Participate in testing and deployment activities.Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.Maintain documentation for development and configuration.Required Experience & Skills:3-5 years of Service Now development experience with ITSM focus.Experience with platform administration and configuration.Proficient in Java Script, Glide API, and Service Now scripting.Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.Proficient in Java Script, HTML, CSS, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and Service Now scripting.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally.Experience with Agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Experience with AI, Virtual Agent, Robot Process Automation (RPA)Desired Certifications:Certified System Administrator (CSA)Certified Application Developer (CAD) (preferred)this position pays $15-20/hr
