Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Pricing or Computer Vision) 100% Remote, Fluent English (required)Brazil-based | PJ Contract | Long-termWe are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team on a long-term, fully remote PJ contract. This is a global environment with international stakeholders, and fluency in English is mandatory, as all communication and interviews are conducted in English.This role is open to Brazil-based professionals with strong experience in Pricing/OptimizationorComputer Vision, who are passionate about building and deploying production-grade ML systems that drive real business impact.What you'll doLead the development and deployment of Machine Learning solutions to solve complex business problemsOwn key components of ML systems, influencing technical direction and architectural decisionsDevelop clean, efficient, and scalable production-grade codeAnalyze large-scale datasets to generate actionable insightsApply state-of-the-art ML methodologies to build robust and scalable modelsCollaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholdersMentor junior team members and help grow domain expertise within the teamContribute to the company's technical leadership through research, publications, or patentsMinimum Requirements5+ years of industry experience in applied Machine LearningMaster's Degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field3+ years of experience building, deploying, and maintaining ML/DL models in production at scaleStrong understanding of ML best practices (feature engineering, A/B testing, experiment design, training & serving pipelines)Hands-on experience with ML algorithms and techniques (gradient boosting, deep neural networks, optimization, regularization)Experience in at least one of the following domains:Pricing / price estimation, personalization, recommender systems, computer vision, fraud detection & authentication, or marketingStrong Python skills and experience with scientific and ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch)Solid data engineering experience with large-scale datasetsExperience with Big Data tools such as Spark, Kafka, Apache BeamExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)Proficiency in Python and SQLPreferred QualificationsPhD in CS, ML, AI, or related fieldExperience applying ML to real-world business problems, preferably in retail or e-commerceFamiliarity with MLOps tools and pipelinesStrong sense of ownership, impact-driven mindset, and passion for high-quality ML solutionsWhy join us100% remote work (Brazil-based)Long-term PJ contractFlexible working hours aligned with Brazil timeOpportunity to work on impactful ML systems in a global environmentStrong technical ownership and growth opportunities
