Enablement and Frontline experience teams.In this role, you'll contribute to initiatives that span multiple tools and workflows used by our sales and customer-facing teams.You'll work closely with senior PMs, designers, engineers, and go-to-market partners to help scope, prioritize, and deliver features that improve productivity, consistency, and experience across our frontline ecosystem.This is a great opportunity for a PM who thrives in cross-functional, collaborative environments, and who enjoys solving practical product problems that make a real difference for internal users.What you'll doContribute to the delivery of product initiatives across multiple Sales Enablement tools and workflowsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify scope, define requirements, and drive executionHelp manage dependencies across related product areas to ensure smooth deliveryGather feedback and context from internal users to inform feature developmentWrite clear product specs, coordinate timelines, and track progress toward milestonesParticipate in team rituals and help maintain high delivery standards across squadsCommunicate updates and risks to relevant stakeholders with clarity and structureWhat you'll needUniversity degree in any areaExperience as a product manager working in cross-functional software teamsStrong collaboration skills and a willingness to support shared goals across multiple teamsAbility to break down ambiguous problems into clear steps with defined requirementsStrong attention to detail and ownership of day-to-day executionComfort working on internal-facing tools and balancing user needs with technical constraintsA learning mindset and willingness to grow under the guidance of senior product leadersAdvanced communication and presentation skills in EnglishPreferred QualificationsExperience working on internal tools or platforms, especially for sales or frontline teamsFamiliarity with sales enablement platforms, CRMs, or customer success toolingSolid written and verbal communication skillsExposure to product delivery processes (e.g. agile, sprint planning, release coordination)More about youYou're passionate about software
