We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA OCM (Organizational Change Management) Developer to support a global pharmaceutical implementation project.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in SAP projects with a strong focus on change management and stakeholder engagement within the pharma sector.Responsibilities:Lead and execute OCM strategies for SAP S/4HANA implementation.Collaborate with global teams to ensure effective change adoption.Design and deliver communication, training, and engagement plans.Identify change impacts and develop mitigation strategies.Support business stakeholders throughout the transition process.Provide expert input on SAP S/4HANA capabilities and integration points.Requirements:Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA projects, specifically in Organizational Change Management.Background in the pharmaceutical industry is essential.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment.Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Based in Portugal or Brazil.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with global rollouts and multicultural teams.Certifications in SAP or Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
