Requirements (must have):3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital product developmentPrevious experience in i Lottery, gaming, or digital transactional platforms is a strong plusFluency in Portuguese, English and Italian – both written and spokenExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsStrong documentation and communication skills (technical writing included)Proficient with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)Ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesExperience in international/multilingual project environments (corporate setup)Tasks:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs related to i Lottery systems (ticketing, user flows, digital interfaces, etc.)Translate business requirements into clear documentation: BRD, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteriaConduct workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions with Portuguese- and English-speaking stakeholdersWork closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment across the product lifecycleSupport backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT activitiesIdentify and communicate potential risks, gaps, or improvement opportunities in current business processesLanguages: English (very good), Portuguese, Italian – must haveTeam: International setup (Manager in the US, team members from Italy, Spain, Poland, US)Tech profile: Typical BA in IT projects, ideally with gaming/transactional (fin) backgroundSoft skills: Strong communication, proactivity, experience in large organizations and global projectsRecruitment process: Likely one stage
