We're looking for a Graphic Designer with strong design fundamentals, an eye for storytelling, and the ability to bring visuals to life through motion.You'll work across social content, digital graphics, brand design, presentations, and motion graphics.This role is perfect for someone who loves blending design, animation, and smart use of modern tools and AI to create scroll-stopping, brand-aligned content.If you're detail-oriented, enjoy working across formats, collaborate well with a creative team, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, you'll fit right in.What you'll doDesign high-quality social media creative, digital graphics, presentations, and branded visual systems across multiple formats and platforms.Create motion graphics and animated elements — including transitions, text animations, graphics packages, and lightweight video edits for short-form content.Apply brand guidelines consistently while finding space for creativity and innovation.Use AI and modern creative tools to speed up ideation, design variations, motion workflows, and content exploration.Collaborate with creative leads and project managers to clarify briefs, address feedback and ensure on-time delivery.Maintain clean, organised files and a high standard of craft across motion and static work.What you'll bring2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Motion Designer, or hybrid creative role.Strong portfolio showcasing brand design, social content, motion graphics, and layout expertise.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and strong working knowledge of Figma and presentation design tools.Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, colour systems, and brand identity.Ability to animate and design for modern platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, paid social, etc).Familiarity with AI or automation tools (e.G., ChatGPT, Runway and Midjourney).Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with tight timelines and evolving briefs.A collaborative mindset, strong attention to detail, and an ability to embrace and act on feedback.Clear and confident communication in English, with the ability to explain design decisions and collaborate effectively with both creatives and project managers.Why join SoCreative?We help brands like American Express, Johnson & Johnson, Google, Schneider Electric and Toyota scale video and design content with speed, consistency, and creativity.Our workflow is built for momentum — pairing great talent with streamlined processes, smart tech and a global, supportive team.At SoCreative, you'll have the chance to:Work with ambitious brands across video, design, and motion formats.Collaborate with world-class creatives around the globe.Grow quickly in a company shaping how modern creative production works.Take ownership of your work and contribute meaningfully to projects that move fast and have real impact.
