Job TitleWe are looking for a dedicated expert to spearhead our mission of becoming the leading cybersecurity partner.The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about innovating and disrupting traditional methods, with a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Collaborate with account teams to develop customer-centric solutions that meet their unique needs.Presents to customers as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance at all levels of the customer hierarchy.Assists in responding to customer inquiries and requests for proposals.Leverages technical expertise to lead customer demonstrations and showcase the value proposition of our solutions.Leads Proof of Value (PoV) projects for prospective customers, ensuring successful implementation and high technical validation rates.Architects solutions that strengthen and simplify customer security postures.Documents High-Level Design and Key Use Cases to ensure proper implementation and value realization of our solutions.Fosters collaboration with customers to build and develop further services around our Cortex solutions.Stays up-to-date on industry trends and emerging changes to the security landscape, providing informed insights to customers.Evaluates competitive offers and positions our solutions as the best alternative.Positions Palo Alto Networks or Partner delivered services as appropriate to ensure proper implementation and value realization of our solutions.Initiates projects to improve individual team performance.Develops and implements organizational policies, promoting adoption across the organization.Serves as a conduit for customer feedback to Product Management, Technical Marketing, competitor intelligence, and R&D to create requirements and deliver product features for our customers.
