Senior Sales Consultant for Small Legal

Our marketing solutions include Website Design, SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing and Practice Solution Software.
ProSites is adding to our team of Digital Marketing, Sales Consultants.
We are seeking a few driven individuals to join our sales team in the areas of Hunting/Prospecting/New Business Development.
Responsibilities
Hunting/Prospecting/New Business Development
Follow up on leads, target prospects using our extensive database, develop a pipeline and close new business by providing our suite of website solutions.
Identify key decision-makers to initiate the sales process, close business via the phone/email.
Meet/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas.
Provide compelling product demos emphasizing value and benefits, discussing contract terms, quoting prices and closing sales.
Earnings = 50% Salary, 50% commissions for hitting/exceeding quotas.
Uncapped Earnings.
Basic Functions
The Senior Sales Consultant is responsible for outbound prospecting calls and selling ProSites portfolio of website design and internet marketing solutions, while meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Successful candidates will have previous experience as a top producer making outbound prospecting calls, establishing and maintaining client relationships, identifying potential new clients and opportunities, managing a sales funnel and closing sales with decision makers.
Essential Duties
Make outbound prospecting calls daily to potential clients
Navigate to decision makers who have purchasing power
Conduct in-depth needs assessments of potential clients
Qualify leads and provide product demonstrations to qualified prospects
Educate prospective clients on how to successfully integrate the Internet into their Marketing
Overcome technical and business objections of potential clients
Emphasize features that clients express a need in, quote prices, and prepare orders
Close sales opportunities
Use our CRM to qualify prospects and capture key data points
Ensure monthly, quarterly, and yearly individual sales quotas are exceeded by selling new accounts
Have a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, industry and client needs
Attend and manage exhibitor booths at various tradeshows as needed
Possess leadership skills and contribute to trainings as requested by management
Provide mentoring and be an added resource of knowledge and training for the Sales team
Regular and reliable attendance is required as this is a full-time position

Long-term career focus; many sales consultants have been here a decade or longer
Driven to succeed in a high commission environment
Persistent and able to handle objections professionally
Thrives in a self-directed, self-driven sales environment
Comfortable working remotely
Regular and reliable attendance is required as this is a full-time position
Key Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years of technology-based sales experience in a direct account executive or indirect sales support role
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude and growth mindset
Ability to provide clear and comprehensive written documentation using MS Office
Ability to provide high quality communication that is respectful and professional
Passion for building relationships, understanding business and serving others
Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce.com, HubSpot, MS Dynamics, NetSuite)
General understanding of internet technology, SEO, digital marketing
Coachability and willingness to learn from peers
Inquisitive approach to find answers for clients
Ability to work with diverse personalities and strong time management
Ability to build a consistent new business revenue pipeline
Commitment to staying current with industry trends
Comfortable with serving business owners in Dental, Veterinary, Accounting or Legal practices
Balanced customer service and sales approach
Focused on long-term career in sales

Physical/Mental Requirements for the Job
Prolonged periods of sedentary movement
May be required to work overtime and weekends if necessary
Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds
Travel may be required for certain management positions

$51,750.00 - $101,750.00 USD Annual
