Como **Runner de Operações**, você vai garantir que os pedidos de delivery fluam sem problemas dentro de nossa unidade, lidar com tarefas administrativas, resolver problemas e oferecer um atendimento ao cliente de primeira.
**Sobre a Vaga**:
- Organizar e transportar pedidos de comida de maneira eficiente dentro de nossa unidade até a coleta pelos entregadores
- Cuidar de tarefas administrativas, manter as instalações limpas e ser um "resolvedor" de problemas.
- Ser a ponte entre a Kitchen Central e nossos parceiros, restaurantes e motoristas.
**O Que Você Vai Fazer**:
- Ser a linha de frente do nosso negócio
- Retirar pedidos das cozinhas e levá-los para a area de processamento central.
- Oferecer um atendimento excepcional para a equipe interna, staff dos restaurantes e entregadores de aplicativo.
**Qualificações**:
- Conseguir levantar até 20 kg e subir escadas.
- Excelentes habilidades organizacionais e de multitarefa.
- Capacidade de resolver problemas de forma independente.
- Boa comunicação, tanto pessoalmente quanto online.
- Atitude positiva em um ambiente acelerado.
- Experiência em atendimento ao cliente, serviços de alimentação ou como motorista de aplicativos de entrega é um diferencial.
