We're Hiring – Recruiter (Brazil Region)Location:Av Tambore 267 Torre Sul - 15o Andar, Barueri, SP ********* - Brazil (Hybrid)Employment Type:Full-timeExperience:3–5 years in Recruitment / Talent AcquisitionAbout the RoleWe are seeking a motivatedRecruiterto join our Talent Acquisition team and support hiring efforts across theBrazil region.The ideal candidate will bring3–5 years of recruitment experience, a basic understanding ofIT roles, and knowledge oflocal labor laws and benefits practices.This role requires someone who isorganized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment processes includingsourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer coordination.Support hiring for technical and non-technical roles with abasic understanding of IT profiles.Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and provide updates on hiring progress.Ensure compliance withBrazilian labor lawsand provide input onstatutory benefitsfor new hires.Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate pipelines.Coordinate candidate communication throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.Work towards meeting hiring goals and deadlines while maintaining quality standards.Qualifications3–5 yearsof experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition (agency or corporate).Basic knowledge ofIT positionsand technical hiring.Understanding ofBrazilian labor laws and statutory benefits.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication skills inPortuguese(English is a plus).Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
