Commodity Trader

What we offer
Our client is a major Agri trader with a global operation across LATAM, Europe, Africa & APAC. We are looking for a Brazilian Agri Trader who has 4-7 years experience with a commodity trader that our client can prepare for a senior management role in Brazil. To prepare you for that they will send you on a global rotation programme across the regions to social with key stake holders over a 3 year period before you return to Brazil and joining the Country Management team.

The client may be a global trader, but at their heart they are a family business where relationships from the farmers, to processing & warehousing and onto ports are pivotal. We need our future leaders to nuture those relationships and create an environment that encourages an entrepreneurial spirit that is equitable and sustainable for all.
Qualifications
You MUST be a Brazilian citizen, university educated and fluent in English.
You MUST have between 4-7 years experience with a commodity trader, of which at least 2 years will be is a trading/commercial role
MUST be willingness to work overseas for 3 years
Ability to work effectively across cultures and within international teams
Excellent analytical skills, problem solving and communication skills
Integrity and commitment to ethical business practices
