Oprograma tem a duração de 12 meses e durante esse período estarás envolvido/a em vários use cases de Inteligência Artificiale deAdvanced Analytics dentro da NOS, alargando as tuas fronteiras de conhecimento nesta área.
Temos também previsto um plano de acompanhamento desenhado à medida e que envolve: um plano de formação específico, um programa de mentorship e o acompanhamento de um buddy dentro da tua área.ComoData & AI Engineer, terás um conjunto de desafios:Construir data pipelines e processos de ETL com foco em tecnologias e frameworks deBig Data;Garantir a qualidade, integridade e consistência de dados em ambiente Cloud e respeitando as normas do Data Mesh;Desenvolvercódigo robustoe eficiente, respeitando os standards de código e as melhores práticas (nomeadamente em Python, Pyspark e SQL);Contribuir para projetos utilizando tecnologias de GenAI, aplicando modelos de última geração em várias áreas da empresa e com impacto direto no cliente;Aplicar MLOPS e boas práticas de engenharia de software em todas as fases do ciclo de vida dos projetos contribuindo para a sua implementação e manutenção;Compreender os requisitos e necessidades dos projetos deInteligência Artificiale deAdvanced Analytics;Definir e implementar arquiteturas de aplicações e dados alinhadas com os princípios de escalabilidade, segurança e performance, bem como aplicar práticas de DevOps, incluindo automação, integração e entregas contínuas.Colaborar estreitamente e de forma sinérgica comequipas multifuncionais.Se queres fazer parte de uma organização que te oferece as condições certas para crescer, onde o talento e o mérito são reconhecidos, então este programa é para ti.As candidaturas para a próxima edição, com início em Outubro de 2025, já estão abertas
