Global Field Application Manager Imaging**********Do you have experience with diagnostic imaging?Are you a customer centric individual looking to deliver the very best for your customer?Are you motivated by being a scientific referent?Who we are?Created in **** and based in L'Aigle, France, IMV Technologies is the World Leader in animal reproductive biotechnologies.The Group has a dominant position in both the bovine and swine segments from gametes harvesting, analysis, packaging, freezing to insemination.The IMV group also has a strong presence in aquaculture, equine and other markets.The Group is committed to contribute to the preservation of the genetics of endangered species like the Great Panda in China.Our core values of learning, innovation, integrity, excellence, and quality commit us to providing the best products, the best advice and technical support to our customers.To support our growth, we are looking for a Global Field Application Manager Imaging based in either L'Aigle, Normandy or Angouleme or Bellshill, Scotland or Campinas Brazil.Role and ResponsibilitiesIMV Technologies is looking for a Global Imaging Field Application Specialist, motivated by being the scientific reference in the field of Imaging biotechnologies.The goal is to support Marketing, Sales and R&D for demonstrating our products value and biological impact in the Imaging range.This role will be responsible for Imaging technologies, with expertise in either bovine or swine.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivering pre- and post-sales support by providing biological support and innovative training in Reproductive biotechnologies, all of this is to help customers to work efficiently with our products.Assisting in business field trials to convince customers to switch to our products or to create data to support our marketing and sales teams.Providing continuous support to Sales, R&D and marketing teams and occasionally, Customer Care, Quality and Technical Service.Providing relevant improvements or new products to Marketing and R&D.Building a strategy to develop and maintain relationships with key global opinion leaders.In collaboration with Global distributor director and Regional Imaging managers contributing to the development and execution of a global distribution channel strategy for Imaging productsIn collaboration with Global distributor director and Regional Imaging managers, designing and implementing comprehensive technical and commercial training programs for our distributor networksCollecting and analyzing market data and economic and cultural environment information.Deliver training to customers and to collaboratorsProfileEducation and experience requirementsEducation background in Veterinary Medicine, Engineering or Bio Medical.Proven experience in the field of Bovine or Swine industry or more generally in ultrasound.Proven experience in trouble shooting and demonstrating or installing equipmentKnowledge of Swine or bovine reproduction and breedingLanguages skill: Fluent in Spanish and Business English.A third language is preferredSkills and Key CharacteristicsA collaborative individual with demonstrated experience collaborating across team and with other departmentsYou are customer-oriented, with strong problem-solving skillsStrong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to face customer issuesSynthetic and clear in written and verbal communication.Able to deliver scientific and vulgarized facts.You are committed to meeting your commitments and deadlines, to intervene directly on the destiny of an innovative company.A team playerAt ease with complex prioritizations and multitaskingWillingness to take ownershipAble to travel up to 50% mainly in EMEA and occasionally worldwideOur OfferAn international work environment at the forefront of new technologies.A close-knit team advocating solid values.A competitive salary package with benefits.#J-*****-Ljbffr
