O que você irá fazer?
Entender as principais demandas dos times de negócio e direcionar adequadamente para os times técnicos;
Gerir os projetos relacionados a cartões globais, acompanhando-os da concepção à implantação;
Dar suporte às áreas envolvidas nos projetos, bem como informar evoluções às áreas demandantes;
Participar de reuniões recorrentes para acompanhar o andamento dos projetos, com fornecedores internos e externos;
Elaborar reportes periódicos do andamento dos projetos e principais atividades relacionadas;
Documentar as decisões tomadas e os parâmetros adotados durante o desenvolvimento do projeto;
Efetuar o repasse técnico do projeto para a área de sustentação, quando for concluído.
