We're here to help.The RoleWe're looking for aTalent Success Specialistto own the long-term performance, satisfaction, and retention of the Virtual Assistants (VAs) we place inside insurance agencies. This role blendspeople coaching, structured accountability, and problem-solving. You'll be the key link between the Virtual Assistant, their client, and our success team making sure everyone is aligned and thriving.You will be responsible for :Build strong relationships with assigned VAs through recurring 1:1sMonitor satisfaction, professionalism, schedule compliance, and communicationCatch performance or engagement issues before they become firesLead escalations coordinating with the Client Success team when neededMentor VAs on how to grow inside their agency placementKeep VA scorecards accurate and up to dateOwn retention outcomes for your assigned VA portfolioHow Success Is MeasuredRetention of Assigned VAs(primary measure)Composite VA Scorecard Score, including:Work satisfaction & communication environmentSchedule consistency1:1 meeting cadence complianceEscalation health scoreResolution Speed & Recovery Rateon at-risk VAsIdeal ProfileWho You AreYou're supportive but hold others accountableYou're calm, direct, and composed under pressureYou enjoy problem-solving through people insightsYou lead with emotional intelligence and clear communicationYou help others grow, not just follow instructionsRequirementsEnglish fluency (C1–C2) — written and spoken; comfortable on client-facing callsBachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or similar field (preferred)2–3 years experience in one or more of the following:People management or coachingHR / Employee Relations / Talent SuccessCustomer Success / Account ManagementBPO or staffing coordinationStrong interpersonal and communication skillsHigh emotional intelligence; able to navigate sensitive issuesOrganized, detail-oriented, and data-drivenStable internet connection and functional home office setupWhat's on Offer?Work in a company with a solid track record of performanceAttractive Salary & BenefitsFantastic work culture
