Tax Accountant

Position Summary Responsible for working with reconciliation of ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS, PIS tax accounts.They follow tax and fiscal legislation.They keep tax and auxiliary books.They calculate values relating to IPI, ICMS, ISS, COFINS, PIS.Fill out collection forms.Respond to inspection.Responsible for implementing new tax requirements that are necessary.Essential Responsibilities They receive invoices for warehouse entries, check the receipt stamp and enter them into the computerized system.They receive the billing invoice, carry out the verification and adjustments for calculating taxes.Carry out bookkeeping and calculation of ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS, and COFINS, IRRF, CSLLThey issue DARF ref. taxes on services provided calculated in the NF(s).The following are responsible for preparing and delivering the declarations: Gia, Sped Fiscal, Sped Contribuições, DCTF (DCTF Web *******), EFD Reinf ********).Troubleshooting ref. tax matters before the Federal Revenue, São Paulo State Finance Department and Salto City Hall.Updates ICMS spreadsheets on the purchase of fixed assets (CIAP), monthly issues record books of entries, exits, ICMS, IPI, which are included in Sped Fiscal Position Requirements Experience in Tax Bookkeeping, tax calculation.Degree in Accounting Sciences preferred, or High School with Accounting Technician.SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS: Tax Analyst, EFD REINF (Digital tax bookkeeping of retentions, CPRB and information), Tax Management, PIS and COFINS
