We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Shift Manager with a strong background in food safety, SQF, and HACCP to oversee production and processing operations.
This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a commitment to Lean Six Sigma principles, and a focus on mentoring, training, and auditing to drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities: Oversee day shift operations, ensuring efficient production and processing Implement and uphold SQF, HACCP, and food safety protocols Lead audits, compliance checks, and continuous improvement initiatives Schedule, train, and mentor employees to optimize performance Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve workflow and reduce waste Maintain strict attention to detail in all aspects of production Ensure team accountability, engagement, and leadership development Qualifications & Requirements: BS Degree preferred, but not limited to Strong background in food safety, SQF, and HACCP Proven leadership experience in a food production setting Hands-on approach to mentoring, coaching, and team development Expertise in scheduling, training, audits, and operational efficiency Lean Six Sigma certification or experience preferred Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
