About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative, diverse, and innovative team that encourages teamwork and professional development.Transform your career at one of the world's largest IT services companies.Our culture of unlimited learning and full opportunities for improvement makes us a leader in our field.Main Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end SAP data conversion and loading lifecycle, including technical data preparation, conversion, execution of data loads, defect management, and reporting.Collaborate with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project goals.Coordinate and manage data conversion and testing cycles, ensuring traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defects.Oversee data preparation in coordination with SAP platform, functional, and other teams, providing leadership and mentorship to other data team members.The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in SAP data conversion, with at least 3 years in a data conversion or related data management role.A strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, etc.) and their integration points is essential.Experience with SAP S/4HANA data conversion is preferred, as well as proficiency in data conversion tools such as ADM by Syniti.Candidates should possess excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Requirements5+ years of experience in SAP data conversionAt least 3 years in a data conversion or related data management roleStrong understanding of SAP modules and their integration pointsExperience with SAP S/4HANA data conversion preferredProficiency in data conversion tools such as ADM by SynitiExcellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesBenefitsHealth insuranceDental planLife insuranceTransportation vouchersMeal/food voucherChildcare assistanceGympassTCS CaresPartnership with SESCReimbursement of certificationsFree TCS Learning PortalInternational experience opportunityDiscount partnership with universities and language schoolsBring Your BuddyTCS GemsXcelerate
