Join us in making your contribution.Your impactWe are seeking a skilled Software Test Engineer to join our development teams and ensure quality delivery across our software applications.
This role requires expertise in both traditional and Agile testing methodologies, with a focus on working within cross functional teams to deliver high-quality software productsExecute manual testing based on user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirementsIdentify and recommend test cases suitable for automation and collaborate with development teams on automation strategySupport sprint planning by providing testing effort estimates and quality risk assessmentsApply various testing techniques that may include behavior-driven testing, test(1)driven development, exploratory testing, and regression testingAssist development teams with test automation activities and CI/CD pipeline integrationYour Experience And QualificationsIntermediate seniority level of software testing experience with exposure to both traditional and Agile methodologiesExperience working in Scrum or other Agile frameworksStrong understanding of software testing methodologies and test case designExperience with test management tools and defect tracking systemsUnderstanding of CI/CD pipelines and API testingStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work effectively in fast-paced, iterative development cyclesFluency in English (written and verbal communication)Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of test automation tools and frameworksKnowledge of performance testing and security testingISTQB certifications or other testing credentialsTeam Collaboration & CommunicationWork as an integral member of cross-functional Agile teams alongside developers and product ownersParticipate in Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectivesCollaborate with stakeholders to define testable acceptance criteria and user storiesCommunicate testing progress and quality metrics to team members and stakeholderYour BenefitsMedical and dental assistance;Private pension;Meal and food vouchers;Pharmacy agreement and life insurance;PROPAROthers...Your place of workThis position is located in Canoas, RS/Brazil and the work format is Hybrid.We value inclusion and recognize the innovation that a diverse workforce brings to our farmers.
