We welcome new perspectives and affirm that all employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, ancestry, religion, national origin, age, familial or marital status, sex, sexual orientation, pregnancy, gender identity or expression, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other classification protected by federal, state, or local law.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Design, HCI (Human Computer Interaction), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.2-4 years of experience in Product Design, with a portfolio showing your work.3+ years of experience directly working with UX/UIProficiency in design tools such as Figma, Fig Jam, and others prototyping tools.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, processes and methodologies.Experience conducting user research and usability testing.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.Proficiency in the English language is required - Fluent Level.HTML, CSS and JavaScript basic knowledge.What You'll DoConceptualize and design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups and html prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs.Maintain and contribute to our design system to ensure consistency across products.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in design and user experience.Provide and receive constructive feedback during design reviews.BenefitsFully remote workThe opportunity to join an international teamCareer growth opportunitiesGenerous Paid Time OffEmployment type: PJ contract based out in Brazil.
