Logistics Operations ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to lead and mentor a team responsible for executing logistics operations.The ideal candidate will have proven solid experience in operations and logistics, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate the transportation and customs clearance of goods from the country of origin to our warehouse facilitiesManage inbound and outbound operations of our 3pl ensuring timely and accurate processing of ordersAllocate stock to orders for wholesale distribution based on priorities and delivery windowsForecast sales and communicate with sales teams regarding any potential delivery delaysEstablish and monitor SLAs and ensure compliance with established performance metricsProvide world-class customer service to our clients promptly addressing any inquiries or concernsRequirements:You are fluent in English both spoken and writtenYou bring proven solid experience in operations and logistics preferably in a startup or fast-paced environmentYou can thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsYou have leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goalsYou understand import/export regulations and customs procedures wellBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Engineering, or a related field
